The boys and girls from Barça Academy Chicago enjoyed a very special experience at Soldier Field, Chicago's most iconic sporting venue and home to the Chicago Bears and Chicago Fire. Ahead of the MLS game between the home side and Portland Timbers, the Academy players had the chance to take to the pitch and play a series of mini-matches against each other, enjoying the unique experience of playing at a professional stadium.

The event also coincided with the Chicago Air and Water Show, making the occasion even more spectacular. As the players took part in the matches, aircraft and fighter jets flew over the city and the area around Soldier Field, creating an unforgettable sight for the players and their families.

After the mini-matches, the whole group stayed at Soldier Field to watch the Fire claim a 2-1 victory, rounding off a memorable day of football and community in a special setting.
