BARÇA ESCOLA DEVELOPMENT CATALUNYA
The Barça Escola Development Catalunya aims to help players to perfect their game, improving their individual possibilities within the collective.
It is a program designed to offer one extra training to those players who want to continue improving their individual and collective game, with features that encourage the integral development of the person. The training sessions include various collective situations that invite the players to adapt and master new actions, accompanied by their coaches.
The main feature of this program is that it takes place at the Ciutat Esportiva Joan Gamper and other venues throughout Catalonia in order to ensure that all players in the territory can experience Barça first-hand and benefit from a particular of living and feeling football.
This program follows the methodology and style of game characteristic of FC Barcelona suitable for each stage or level of training, and is designed for players born between 2018-2011 who want to improve their game and reach a higher level, attending a weekly training session.
