Taking advantage of the club’s upcoming opening of a Barça office in Miami, Barça Academy Pro Miami is looking to strengthen its ties with the local community. A few weeks ago, the academy engaged in a project with Miami’s DDA (Downtown Development Authority) as part of the initiatives it aims to promote with the city’s school community.

Blaugrana spirit

The activity consisted of a football day combining games played in accordance with the club's methodology with other more recreational activities, designed to foster a fun atmosphere, cohesion and positive interaction among participants.

On this occasion, the participating school was Miami Children’s Museum Charter School, with around 120 boys and girls taking part and experiencing the Barça spirit first-hand. This was the first of several activities, as Barça Academy Pro Miami aims to continue collaborating with local schools and increase its presence within Miami’s school network.
