1) Can I cancel my registration?

Yes. If you cancel your registration within 7 days of enrolling, you will receive a full (100%) refund.

After this period, no refunds will be issued unless you have purchased the optional cancellation insurance.

2) Is there cancellation insurance?

Yes. Optional cancellation insurance is available and can be selected during the enrollment process.

3) Cancellation insurance pricing

The cost of cancellation insurance depends on the number of participants (player and companions). See the table below for details:

4) Cancellation insurance timings

If cancellation insurance has been purchased, the following refund policy applies based on the timing of the cancellation:

  • 100% Refund: Cancellation occurs between Registration and 30 days before the trip.
  • 75% Refund: Cancellation occurs between 29 and 10 days before the trip.
  • 50% Refund: Cancellation occurs between 9 days and 72 hours before the trip.
  • No Refund: Cancellation occurs within 72 hours of the trip.

Please note: Cancellation insurance fees and application fees are non-refundable.
