The FC Barcelona Board of Directors gathered in front of the new Spotify Camp Nou to take this season's official photo.
The image reflects a key moment in the Club's recent history: the beginning of the last year of the current Board's mandate, which faces the final stretch of its term with many of its mandate objectives achieved and with its sights set on completing the strategic projects that will shape the future of FC Barcelona.
A mandate based on five major commitments
From the beginning, the Board of Directors defined a clear roadmap, structured around five key principles that have guided its actions:
- Expense reduction: through lean and sustainable management, especially in the area of sports payroll.
- Revenue increase: diversification, commercial optimization, and generation of new assets.
- Maintaining the ownership model: preserving the Club as an entity of its members.
- No euros contributed by members: no direct charges or extraordinary fees.
- Making the new Spotify Camp Nou a reality: launching a key project for the future.
Sporting, economic and institutional solidity
This approach has allowed us to consolidate a solid management model, reflected in three key areas:
- Sportingly, with a young, competitive, and distinctive squad, led by the talents of La Masia.
- Financially, with the recovery of positive ordinary profit, the reduction of net debt, and sustained growth in recurring revenue.
- As a Club model, maintaining its uniqueness, projecting brand value globally, and advancing the development of Espai Barça as a project for the future.
A final year with decisive challenges
With the photo in front of the construction site as a symbol, the Board now begins its final year in office with the aim of completing the construction of the new Spotify Camp Nou, advancing the expansion of the Espai Barça, and consolidating the Club's economic and sporting recovery.
All of this with a shared objective: to leave Barcelona members with a solid, competitive, and ambitious project, faithful to the values and identity of FC Barcelona.
