Last week, the Barça Academy Rabat organised an activity aside from its usual work in Morocco. Members of the coaches based in the country visited the Al Amal centre, based in the city of Salé and which works to combat the instability and social inclusion among disadvantaged children in the region.

Thanks to its local partner, the Barça Academy was able to visit the centre, which offers a variety of classrooms and spaces, and were able to dine together with the children, who as per Moroccan tradition, enjoy a delicious couscous on the fifth day of the week.

Gifts and coaching

The children were presented with Barça Academy shirts and footballs, and a group of children selected on the basis of their interest in football and academic performance were then taken outside for a training session.
