Despite having to retire early last season, Sergio ‘Kun’ Agüero still follows FC Barcelona very closely. He took the chance to visit his ex-teammates while they are in Miami for chat and to spend some time with them. He also took time out to speak with the Club's official media channels and discussed several current topics about Barça, including showing his enthusiasm for the signing of Robert Lewandowski: “Lewandowski is a top class number 9. He will add a lot of goals to Barça. I think a combination of the players they have with good link play will provide him with a lot of goalscoring opportunities”.
Agüero also rates the other summer signings highly: “There weren't many signings when I arrived, but the team is coming together well, particularly from midfield to the forward line”.
With these new signings, the Argentine ensures that “Barça can win everything”, although he qualified: “Clearly it's tough to fight to be Champions League winners with a new team, but I think the target this year is to fight as hard as possible, and the team will have a lot better chance once it is more settled next year”.
