1.    DATA CONTROLLER

Your personal data will be processed by FC BARCELONA with registered address at Carrer Arístides Maillol, s/n, 08028 - Barcelona, and issued with tax code (NIF) G-08266298.

2.    PURPOSE AND LEGITIMATE BASIS

Your personal data will be processed for the purposes of the enrolment on the Summer Camp, and in order to be able to perform the different activities (outings and excursions, training, etc.), as well as to organise the different applicable authorisations (including authorisations for visits or excursions, visits to the doctor, providing medication to a minor, arranging travel by aeroplane or managing the transfer of image rights) with the contractual relationship being the legitimate basis for carrying out the activities deriving from the Summer Camp, as well as the consent in the event that these have been provided through different authorisations.

Likewise, provided that you have given your consent by checking the corresponding boxes for this purpose on the form, we will be able to process your data to:

-    Send information about FC Barcelona and about its products (tickets, merchandising, digital products, etc.) as well as invitations to events and to participate in opinion surveys.
-    Receive communications with information, discounts and promotions by third parties, such as the Fundació FC Barcelona or sponsors of the Club.

3.    COMMUNICATION OF DATA

Your data will not be transferred, sold, rented or made available in any form to any third party, except to providers of services to FC BARCELONA, who perform certain activities for the Club (such as sending the newsletter), but they will not process such data for their own purposes.Some of these providers may be located outside the European Union, as indicated in section 5 below.

Should you wish to receive information from third companies, such as the Fundació Barça or the sponsors, this information will always be sent by FC BARCELONA and we will not provide them with any data, unless you have given your express consent for us to do so.

4.    AUTOMATED DECISION-MAKING AND PROFILING

We may process your personal data using automated means for some services.This means that certain decisions will be made automatically without any human intervention.For example, we may segment it according to whether you have an interest in certain sections of FC BARCELONA, or use our services such as the free Wi-Fi at our facilities.

We may also create a profile using the analysis of your behaviour on the website or showing you products that may be of interest: based on the preferences demonstrated while browsing, or information obtained through the use of cookies.

Furthermore, if you have accepted to receive commercial communications, these may be adapted and personalised according to the interests of the users, either based on products and services requested, based on the data that we have been able to deduce or obtain from your browsing, interest shown in certain content or reactions to our communications, for example.

This personalisation is carried out in a partially automatic manner in the sense that the Club determines the personalisation parameters, but it is the technological platform that generates the user profile.We do not send general communications that are not segmented using the above procedure, as we consider that it is of interest to both the club and the user to send or receive information that is relevant, and not segmenting would not change the number of communications received, only their content.In this regard, if any user does not wish to be segmented, we ask that they do not subscribe to the communications.

5.    INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS

FC BARCELONA, as an international entity, has international suppliers that may provide their services from outside the EU, therefore, it is possible that your data may be processed outside the European Union or the European Economic Area (for example, the supplier for sending the newsletter, data storage, management of requests for information or members’ office, etc.).

In any event, the Club will ensure that any processing of such data will always be protected by the appropriate safeguards, which may include (i) standard clauses approved by the EU, or (ii) third-party certificates.

6.    DURATION OF THE PROCESSING

All data provided will be processed during a period of 10 years after the termination of the Summer Camp.

If you have given your consent to receive our newsletter, your data will be processed until you withdraw your consent.

After the indicated periods, FC BARCELONA will conserve your data duly anonymised for statistical purposes or market studies, wherever possible, or duly blocked to comply with any legal obligations of the Club.

7.    EXERCISING YOUR RIGHTS

You may revoke your consent to any of the processes previously indicated at any time as well as exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, opposition, restriction or portability in writing addressed to: C/ Arístides Maillol, S/N, 08028 Barcelona, Spain, quoting the reference “Personal Data”, or by email to proteccio.dades@fcbarcelona.cat.
