A) Payment obligations

• Registration fees will be paid on the day of registration.
• Installment payments for Academy Fee are scheduled on August 1st, September 1st, October 1st, November 1st, December 1st, January 1st, February 1st, March 1st and April 1st.
• Installment payments for Competition Fee are scheduled on August 15th and December 15th.
• All outstanding balances for the full season (Fall, Winter and Spring) need to be paid before any Transfer/Release can be considered and approved by the Barca Academy Pro Directors.

B) Discounts

• Sibling discount: sibling discounts are available to all Barca Academy families. A 10% will apply applied to each of the family members except for the first registrant.
• Scholarships: we will evaluate potential financial aid and scholarships to certain academy players. The discount will be automatically applied on August 1st, 2025, and informed to the family by letter.

C) Late fees

• Late fees are due after a grace period of 10 days. On the 11th of every month, $50 will be added as late fees and carry over to the next month and accumulate until dues are cleared.
• There will only be one late fee waived for the season not to exceed the value of $50.

D) No pay no play policy

• Failure to pay fees within thirty (30) days of the due date will result in disciplinary action. The player will not be able to attend either practices or games until all payments and late fees are paid. E) Refund

• The Barca Academy Pro soccer program is a 10-month commitment program. Our refund policy was established to protect team integrity and follow our strict player development guidelines. In the interest of fairness, the additional cost of leaving the team should not be passed on to the other players or affect the organization as a whole. With this in mind, the Barca Academy Pro has a limited refund.

1. Registration Fee is NON-REFUNDABLE in any case.
2. Refund requests based on extraordinary circumstances may be considered, such as severe injuries or relocation. Any exception to the refund policy will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the academy's discretion.
3. All refund requests must be made sending an email at financebapmia@fcbarcelona.cat
4. There won’t be any refunds related to weather conditions. The Academy will try to offer a make-up session when possible, depending on venue availability.
5. All refunds are subject to a 3.5% processing fee.

F) Release

• Barca Academy Pro has established a $800 release fee for players that want to get their player card released. In addition, if you paid the entire season in full payment, no refunds will be given. In the other hand, if you paid the academy in installments, you should pay the 50% of the remaining balance.
