A) Payment obligations

• The registration fee will be paid on the day of registration.
• Installment payments for the Academy Fee are scheduled for August 1st, September 1st, October 1st, November 1st, December 1st, January 1st, February 1st, March 1st, and April 1st.
• Installment payments for the Competition Fee are scheduled for August 15th and December 15th.
• All outstanding balances for the full season (Fall, Winter, and Spring) must be paid before any transfer/release can be considered and approved by the Barca Academy Pro Directors.

B) Discounts

• Sibling discount: Sibling discounts are available to all Barca Academy families. A 10% discount will be applied to each family member except for the first registrant.
• Scholarships: Potential financial aid and scholarships may be awarded to selected academy players. Any approved discount will be automatically applied on August 1, 2026, and communicated to the family in writing. Scholarships do not apply to the registration fee.

C) Late fees

• Late fees will be applied after a grace period of ten (10) days. On the 11th day of each month, a $50 late fee will be added. Late fees will carry over to the next month and will continue to accumulate until all outstanding dues are paid.
• Only one late fee per season may be waived, not to exceed $50.

D) No pay no play policy

• Failure to pay fees within thirty (30) days of the due date will result in disciplinary action. The player will not be permitted to attend practices or games until all outstanding payments and late fees are settled.

E) Refund

• The Barca Academy Pro soccer program is a ten (10)-month commitment. This refund policy is designed to protect team integrity and support our player development guidelines.
• Registration fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
• Refund requests based on extraordinary circumstances may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the Academy’s discretion.
• All refund requests must be submitted via email to financebapmia@fcbarcelona.cat and must include a completed withdrawal form.
• No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions or reasons beyond the Academy’s control, and cancellations may occur as a result.
• All approved refunds are subject to a 3.5% processing fee.

F) Release

• Barca Academy Pro has established an $800 release fee for players requesting the release of their player card.
• If the full season has been paid in advance, no refunds will be issued.
• If the Academy Fee is paid in installments, 50% of the remaining balance must be paid at the time of release, in addition to the $800 release fee.
