2. GENERAL CONDITIONS OF USE OF THE APPLICATION

2.1. 3. SPECIFIC CONDITIONS OF USE OF THE APPLICATION

3.1. The Services offered in the APP FC Barcelona Tickets will allow you to: purchase tickets for matches or events at our facilities, as well as tickets for the Museum, and will also allow you to enter and access the different FC BARCELONA facilities where these matches or events are held. When you purchase a ticket through any of our purchase systems, the right to attend the corresponding Match will be recognized, if you comply with our Purchase Conditions that expressly regulate the conditions of access and stay in the facilities owned by the FC BARCELONA.

3.2. The purchase of tickets and the installation of the App will allow you to receive, if you wish, a notification (by SMS or push notification) as a reminder of the game you must attend. You will also be able to receive a notice when the tickets for a particular game are on sale or when the date of the event approaches and/or when there are few tickets left on sale. Tickets will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis and must be purchased in the same way as any other transaction. You agree that signing up for a presale notification or bookmarking an event will not guarantee the sale of a Ticket. Presale notifications, reminders, and flagged events may also include additional information about the game.

3.3. Depending on the operations completed by the "User or User", the wallet menu will make available to the "User" and, where appropriate, the Linked Users, the digital version of tickets for the matches or events, as well as Tickets for the Museum. Said digital version will have a QR reading code that will be activated before access to the stadium according to the security configuration established in each case and that will allow access to the facility for the specific date and event that the "User" has acquired.

3 .6. Sometimes our application may require additional permissions related to the settings of your mobile device, such as access to your location or the activation of push notifications to carry out certain actions or allow you to enjoy certain functions. If you choose not to give us the necessary permissions, you may not have access to all the App's features and tools.

4. RULES OF CONDUCT OF THE USER

4.1 . The installation of this App is conditional on the use by the "User" being for their personal use, commercial uses of the same being prohibited, which are not expressly authorized by FC BARCELONA.

4.2 . You also agree to the following:

Not interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the Services or disrupt the operations or jeopardize the security of the Services.

Do not use the content offered in the App in a manner, for purposes or effects contrary to the law, morality and generally accepted good customs or public order.  

Not reproduce, duplicate, copy, distribute, sell, resell, delete, modify, exploit the contents of the App or its software in any way; nor allow public access through any form of public communication.

You will not use a ticket to carry out advertising, promotions, contests, or raffles unless the prior written authorization of FC BARCELONA is obtained.

Do not delete, evade, or manipulate the 'copyright' and other identifying data.

Do not introduce programs, viruses, macros, applets, ActiveX controls or any other logical device or sequence of characters that cause or are likely to cause any type of alteration in the computer systems of the CLUB or third parties.

To use the contents offered in the BARÇA APP (hereinafter, “Contents”) in a diligent, correct, and lawful manner, committing to be especially diligent about the identification data that allows registration and access to the App, and to keep them secret and safeguard it, considering its personal and confidential nature. Due to the above, the "User" will be responsible when they do not comply with the obligations for the protection of the Device, their identification data and/or their biometric data. In the same way, the "User" will be responsible when the Device, the identification data and/or the mentioned biometric data are used by a third party and the "User" has not duly notified FC BARCELONA of said use as soon as is aware of it or suspects that it has occurred.

4.3. It is prohibited to carry out without proper authorization any type of publicity or commercial information directly or covertly sending mass emails (' spaming ').

4.4. We reserve the right to cancel any transaction or to remove, suspend, edit, or modify your access to our App at our discretion if we have reason to believe that you have used our App in a manner contrary to these Terms of Use.

4. 5. If you or a third party is aware of a breach of these Terms of Use that could potentially damage or infringe our property, protected rights or interests, you must immediately contact FC BARCELONA through the corresponding email address oab@fcbarcelona.cat

5. LIABILITY SYSTEM

9. DATA PROTECTION

Your data will be treated in accordance with the Privacy Policy of the APP FC Barcelona Tickets.

10. RIGHT TO MAKE MODIFICATIONS TO THE FC Barcelona Tickets APP BY THE CLUB

FC BARCELONA reserves the right to make, without prior notice, the modifications it deems appropriate in the FC Barcelona Tickets APP, being able to change, delete or add both the Contents, materials and services it provides, as well as the way in which they appear. presented or located.

13. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Conditions of Use will be governed by what is established therein, the applicable Catalan, Spanish and international legislation.

If any conflict or discrepancy arises in the interpretation or application of the present Conditions of Use, the courts, or tribunals that, where appropriate, will hear the matter, will be those that provide the applicable legal regulations in matters of competent jurisdiction, which is attended, in the case of final consumers, in the place of fulfilment of the obligation or in the domicile of the "User”.

If the "User" is domiciled outside of Spain, both parties expressly waive any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, to the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona (Spain).
