How do I access my tickets?

Download the FC Barcelona Tickets App now on your mobile device. Make sure you download it before you arrive at the venue.

Always sign up with the same email you used to complete the purchase. Keep in mind that you will need to validate the account through email and SMS.

Complete the tickets from the APP: enter the data of the attendees, transfer the ticket, check the seats…

Access the facilities only via the APP: The ticket QR code will be activated approximately two hours before the match, as long as the attendees’ information has been filled out.

- Check that the app is downloaded on your mobile phone with the tickets to the match.
- Make sure to bring your mobile phone in optimal conditions:
- Come with a charged battery! If not, you will not be able to access your tickets.
- Check that the screen is not damaged and that the QR code can be scanned and read correctly.
