Our Coaching Staff is led by Marc Montero, Local Project Director of the BARÇA Academy PRO Miami. He is a certified FC Barcelona coach that has worked for our Club since 2014.

Marc was a coach at the Barça Academy in Barcelona for 3 years and he traveled a lot around the Globe teaching the Barça way during that period. His travels include countries like the US, Japan, Guatemala, Bulgary and Colombia. After that period, he moved to Colombia to manage the Barça Academy in Cali and Bogotá. Marc is also a graduate in Sports Sciences and holds the UEFA A License. 

Marc, along with two Coordinators from FC Barcelona in Barcelona, lead the Technical Staff of the BARÇA Academy PRO Miami, making sure that all players receive the best soccer and life education under the BARÇA methodology.
